Hawthorn enter the game fresh after enjoying the week off following their defeat of Geelong by 36 points in week 1 of the AFL finals series and will start as favourites against the Power.
The Hawks have the home ground advantage this weekend and also will also enjoy an edge in experience, lining up for their fourth consecutive Preliminary Final.

Port Adelaide are full of momentum and despite finishing outside of the top 4 at the end of the home and away season, the Power look very dangerous. The exciting side dismantled Richmond in the Elimination Final before travelling to Fremantle last weekend, knocking over the Dockers by 22 points in the Semi-Final.
The Power started off slowly against the Dockers and were lucky to still be in the game after trailing by as much as 31 points just before half time. The Dockers were wasteful in front of goal early on and this turned out to be costly in the end as the Power turned things around with some stunning football in the second half to win by 22 points.
Robbie Gray and Chad Wingard were the stars for the Power kicking four goals each whilst Hamish Hartlett starred with 33 disposals.
Hawthorn will need to find a way to lock these players down. Ben Stratton looks the obvious choice for Gray or Wingard, whilst Will Langford may be asked to tag either Hartlett or Travis Boak, the Port skipper.
The Hawks have their fair share of guns, however, and should prove too classy for the Power. They have a nice blend of experienced players as well as youth and all were in top form against the Geelong Cats a fortnight ago.
Veteran campaigners such as Luke Hodge, Sam Mitchell and Jordan Lewis should team up well with young guns Isaac Smith and Brad Hill and the task for the Power will be difficult.
The Hawks have enough weaponry up forward with All Australians Jarryd Roughead and Luke Breust sure to be a handful for the Power backline as well as the ever-reliable Jack Gunston.
The two sides last met in Round 10 at the Adelaide Oval and it was the Power who prevailed on that occasion, winning by 14 points. The Hawks were without a number of their stars that night, however, and will be at near full strength this weekend.
Hawthorn have won five of their past six against the Power and a key factor will no doubt be the home ground advantage. Port have not beaten Hawthorn at the home of footy since 2009 and have only played at the MCG once this season, going down to Collingwood by six points in Round 19.
